SNHU Grade and Transcript Info

Instructions from SNHU

To accomplish this, the first thing you should do is navigate to the portal (copy/paste into your URL) (14-21) days after receiving this email).  You will log in with your system-created SNHU email account.  

The default account login is  (If you have a common name, there may be a number added to the account.)

You will be asked to set your password up from the login screen.  

Once you are in the system (allow 10 -14 days after your course has closed) the left-hand menu will have options that include printing the grades you need.

 If you would rather jump right into ordering an official transcript, you can visit our transcript ordering website to request your transcript. You may also call 1-844-282-4484.

Accessing the Transcript Ordering Center if the above link does not work

Current Students (or those with current mySNHU access): Go to and sign in using your SNHU email and password. 
-Once you are logged in select the “Request a Transcript” link on the left-hand side of the screen. 
-If you need assistance logging into your mySNHU portal, please contact the Help Desk at 855-877-9919.

Former Students and Alumni (or those who can no longer access mySNHU): Login information is not needed for this method.

  1. Go to
  2. Click on the magnifying glass icon to open the search bar
  3. Type “Transcripts” in the search bar and it the enter key
  4. In the search results, click on the “Request a transcript link” or the “Request Transcripts” button
  5. These links will take you to the Transcript Ordering Center page with the National Student Clearinghouse

Alternatively, you can go to Google and search “Order SNHU transcript.” 
-Then, click on the first link that appears, the Alumni page’s “Order Transcripts or Replacement Diplomas – SNHU Alumni” link. 

-Then scroll down to the “Alumni and Former SNHU Learners (including dual-enrolled/running start)” header and click on the SNHU’s online ordering form link

*Please note that SNHU does not offer unofficial transcripts*
