Students wishing to withdraw from a course must contact MEC’s director at director@maineeducator.com.

Refund policy

Registration Cancellation and/or Course Withdrawal

Please note – Credit Card Users:  For all registration cancellations and/or course withdrawals a $50.00 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

Payments made by Check, PO, or School Districts:

100% refund if cancellations/withdrawals are made prior to the end of the first week of class.
No refunds will be made after the first week of class.

Payments made by credit card

100% refund, minus a $50 processing fee, if cancellations/withdrawals are made prior to the end of the first week of class.
No refunds will be given after the first week of class.
